My work includes hands-on equine massage using myofascial release techniques to help relieve tension, improve mobility, support the horse’s natural movement, and improve performance.
In addition to manual massage, I incorporate a massage gun for deeper muscle relief when appropriate, helping target areas of tightness more effectively. I also use stability pads to encourage core activation, improve balance, support body awareness, reduce stress, and encourage relaxation. As well as blading techniques using specialized tools to help release adhesions and improve tissue mobility. This method can assist with reducing stiffness, increasing range of motion, and supporting healthy muscle function. It’s especially beneficial for horses with tight or restricted areas.
To further promote relaxation, I offer the optional use of horse-safe essential oils, always based on the individual horse’s preference and response.
My goal is to help each horse feel and function at their best in a calm, supportive way.
This session takes between 1 - 1 1/2 hours.

Kinesiology taping is a gentle, non-invasive technique used to support your horse’s muscles, joints, and overall movement. I apply specialized equine-safe tape directly to the horse’s body in targeted patterns based on their individual needs.
This method works by lightly lifting the skin, which helps improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s natural healing process. It can also provide stability to muscles and joints without restricting movement, allowing your horse to move more freely and comfortably.
Currently 50% off when paired with a massage.
Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to support circulation and cellular repair. This gentle, non-invasive therapy may help reduce inflammation, promote healing, and support muscle and joint comfort
Ideal for performance horses, recovery, and overall wellness.
Please Note this is not to be in place of your veterinary services.
Cupping therapy uses gentle suction to lift soft tissue, helping increase blood flow and release tight fascia. This technique may help improve mobility, reduce muscle soreness, and encourage relaxation. It is a great addition to bodywork for horses needing deeper soft tissue support.
